When anyone, anywhere, reaches out for help, let the hand of Al-Anon and Alateen always be there, and Let it Begin With Me.
Al-Anon and Alateen are for people who have been affected by someone else's drinking. Alateen is for our younger members, aged 7-19, only. We do, however, have 2 certified adults (called Alateen sponsors) in the room in each Alateen meeting. Please click here for a full description of how our program works.
District 19 (Rappahannock District) encompasses Fredericksburg, VA and its surrounding counties. We have a meeting available at least once every day. If you would like to find a meeting, please use the Find A Meeting option on the menu above. We are here to help you. If you would like more information before going to a meeting please feel free to contact ANY of our District Officers and they will be glad to help.
